Absorbenterna har en kärna av glasull baserad på 3:e generationens glasull - 70% returglas och växtbaserat bindemedel.
Ecophon Super G A (20, 35 mm) för akustiktak i skolkorridorer och andra miljöer, där det föreligger risk för mekanisk påverkan. Ecophon Super G A har synligt bärverk. Absorbenterna är demonterbara. Bärverket kan kompletteras med Connect Tryckstag respektive Clips för att hålla plattorna på plats.
Systemet består av Ecophon Super G A absorbenter och Ecophon Connect bärverk med ungefärlig vikt på 3-4 kg/m². Den exponerade ytan är belagd med extra stark glasfiberväv, Super G. Baksidan är belagd med glasfilt. Kanterna är primade eller obehandlade.
Klassificerad som 2A (35 mm)/ 3A (20 mm) för mekanisk påverkan enligt EN 13964.
Bärverket är tillverkat av förzinkat stål.
Ecophon Super G B (40 mm) för tillämpningar där minsta möjliga totala konstruktionshöjd krävs och där det finns stor risk för mekanisk påverkan. Absorbenterna limmas kant mot kant direkt mot underlaget och skapar ett slätt undertak. Kanternas fasning ger ett diskret spår mellan plattorna. Absorbenterna är inte demonterbara.
Den exponerade ytan är en stark glasfiberväv och baksidan är belagd med glasfilt. Kanterna är målade. Vikten är ca 5 kg / m².
Klassificerad som 3A för mekanisk påverkan enligt EN 13964.
Super G Plus A (40 mm) för akustiktak i sporthallar och liknande miljöer, där det föreligger stor risk för mekanisk påverkan. Ecophon Super G Plus A har ett robust bärverk bestående av hattprofiler monterade direkt mot bjälklaget eller på en stabil nedpendlad bärverkskonstruktion. Enskilda absorbenter går att byta ut genom att demontera omgivande hattprofiler.
Klassificerad som 1A för mekanisk påverkan enligt EN 13964.

Systemet består av Ecophon Super G Plus A absorbenter och Ecophon Connect bärverk med ungefärlig vikt på 6 kg/m² vid diktmontering och ca 10 kg/m² vid nedpendlat montage.
Den exponerade ytan är belagd med extra stark glasfiberväv, Super G. Baksidan är belagd med glasfilt. Kanterna är primade.

The system consists of Ecophon Akusto™ Wall C panels and Ecophon Connect profile systems with an approximate weight of 5 kg/m². The panels are manufactured from high density, 3rd generation glass wool. The visible surface has a glass fibre fabric (Texona) or an impact resistant glass fibre fabric (Super G), and is also available with a painted surface (Akutex™ FT). The back of the panel is covered with glass tissue. The edges are painted, and the front surface is partly covering the long edges. The Texona gamma version offers a reflecting surface, see absorption diagram. For best performance and system quality, use Ecophon Connect profiles and accessories, which gives a lot of design possibilities. The profiles are manufactured from extruded aluminium.

Ecophon Akusto Screen A is a highly efficient sound absorbing screen which together with a sound absorbing ceiling gives excellent room acoustics in open areas like open-plan offices. Akusto Screen is a vital part of an acoustic solution for TABS (Thermally Activated Building Systems) buildings. It has the same Texona surface as Akusto Wall™ which will keep your colour design consistent. Ecophon Akusto Screen A has a high density absorber in 3rd generation glass wool and has excellent sound-reducing properties. It is set in a naturally anodised aluminum frame and both sides have a glass fibre fabric surface (Texona). The approximate weight is 24-44 kg. It is also possible to get a 6 mm thick and 400 mm high clear glass pane on top of the screen, total height of screen 1820 mm. The feet are naturally anodised aluminum.
