Beskrivning
Absorbenterna har en kärna av glasull baserad på 3:e generationens glasull - 70% returglas och växtbaserat bindemedel.
Systemet består av Ecophon Master absorbenter i glasull och Ecophon Connect bärverk. Ecophon Master erhålls med kant A, B, C, Dp, Ds, E, Eg, F och SQ.
För dolt eller synligt bärverk alternativt diktmontage.
Ecophon Master A för kontorslandskap och liknande lokaler där kraven på god akustik och taluppfattbarhet är extra höga samt har stort behov av att kunna demontera enskilda takplattor. Kanterna är primade och bärverket är synligt och absorbenterna är lätt demonterbara.
Ecophon Master A + Extra Bass nedpendlat undertakssystem för utrymmen med höga krav på lågfrekvensabsorption och förbättrad taluppfattbarhet i t ex klassrum. Lågfrekvensabsorbenten Ecophon Extra Bass placeras ovanpå Master A undertak med synligt bärverk.
Ecophon Master B för lokaler där minsta möjliga totala konstruktionshöjd krävs och där kraven på god akustik och taluppfattbarhet är extra höga. Absorbenterna limmas upp direkt mot underlaget. Kanterna är målade. Är inte demonterbar.
Ecophon Master C för lokaler där minsta möjliga totala konstruktionshöjd krävs och där kraven på god akustik och taluppfattbarhet är extra höga. Absorbenterna limmas kant mot kant direkt mot underlaget och skapar ett slätt undertak. Kanternas fasning ger ett diskret spår mellan plattorna. Kanterna är målade. Är inte demonterbar.
Ecophon Master Ds för kontorslandskap och andra lokaler med höga krav på god akustik och taluppfattbarhet, där det finns behov av dolt bärverk samt att kunna demontera enskilda takplattor. Bärverket är dolt och nedpendlat. Kanterna är målade. Absorbenterna är demonterbara.
Ecophon Master E för kontorslandskap och andra lokaler där kraven på god akustik och taluppfattbarhet är extra höga. Bärverket är synligt och nedpendlat. Absorbenterna har en nedsänkt kantutformning som ger en skuggeffekt som delvis döljer bärverket. Kanterna är målade. Absorbenterna är demonterbara.
Ecophon Master Eg med svart- och vitmålade kanter som ger ett flytande utseende. Fyra dolda upplagskanter som förenklar installation och demontering. Avsedda för öppna kontorslandskap och andra lokaler där kraven på god akustik och taluppfattbarhet. Absorbenterna är demonterbara.
Ecophon Master F för kontorslandskap och andra lokaler där kraven på god akustik och taluppfattbarhet är extra hög. Absorbenterna monteras direkt mot t ex glespanel, betong eller befintligt gipstak och skapar ett undertak med ett slätt utseende. Kanterna är förstärkta och målade. Är inte demonterbara.
Ecophon Master SQ för lokaler där minsta möjliga totala konstruktionshöjd krävs och där kraven på god akustik och taluppfattbarhet är extra höga. Limplattan installeras med ett mellanrum mellan varje platta, vilket skapar ett tak med en slätt utseende. Absorbenterna är inte demonterbara.
Ecophon Master Rigid A, E, Dp är nedpendlade högabsorberande akustiktak med slagtåliga ytskikt, särskilt framtagna för att skapa en god ljudmiljö i klassrum. Det finns tillgängligt i kant A, E och Dp. Akustiktaket kompletteras med tilläggsabsorbenten Ecophon Extra Bass som placeras ovanpå akustiktaket för att öka absorptionen av lågfrekvent ljud. Genom att komplettera med reflektorn Ecophon Master™ Rigid/gamma förbättrar man ytterligare talarkomforten.

The system consists of Ecophon Akusto™ Wall C panels and Ecophon Connect profile systems with an approximate weight of 5 kg/m². The panels are manufactured from high density, 3rd generation glass wool. The visible surface has a glass fibre fabric (Texona) or an impact resistant glass fibre fabric (Super G), and is also available with a painted surface (Akutex™ FT). The back of the panel is covered with glass tissue. The edges are painted, and the front surface is partly covering the long edges. The Texona gamma version offers a reflecting surface, see absorption diagram. For best performance and system quality, use Ecophon Connect profiles and accessories, which gives a lot of design possibilities. The profiles are manufactured from extruded aluminium.

Ecophon Akusto Screen A is a highly efficient sound absorbing screen which together with a sound absorbing ceiling gives excellent room acoustics in open areas like open-plan offices. Akusto Screen is a vital part of an acoustic solution for TABS (Thermally Activated Building Systems) buildings. It has the same Texona surface as Akusto Wall™ which will keep your colour design consistent. Ecophon Akusto Screen A has a high density absorber in 3rd generation glass wool and has excellent sound-reducing properties. It is set in a naturally anodised aluminum frame and both sides have a glass fibre fabric surface (Texona). The approximate weight is 24-44 kg. It is also possible to get a 6 mm thick and 400 mm high clear glass pane on top of the screen, total height of screen 1820 mm. The feet are naturally anodised aluminum.
