Beskrivning
Absorbenterna har en kärna av glasull baserad på 3:e generationens glasull - 70% returglas och växtbaserat bindemedel. De synliga ytorna är belagda med Akutex™ T, TH, HP eller HS och baksidorna är klädda med glasfilt alternativt en rengöringsbar, målad yta.

Ecophon Hygiene Advance (20/40 mm) för lokaler eller delar av lokaler, där daglig rengöring behövs. Absorbenterna har en kärna av glasull som på båda sidor är belagd med glasfilt. Plattan är inkapslad med en slät högkvalitativ folie som är ogenomtränglig för såväl partiklar som vatten. Folien är också smutsavstötande och är resistent mot de allra flesta kemikalier. Alla montagetillbehör är gjorda av syrafast rostfritt stål klarar daglig våtrengöring med starka rengörings- och desinfektionsmedel. Kant: A.

Exempel på användningsområde: utrymmen med konstant hög luftfuktighet och hög korrosionsrisk t ex storkök, diskrum och inom fiskberedningsindustri.
Ecophon Hygiene Clinic (20/40 mm) för heltäckande tak i omsorgs- och sjukvårdslokaler där kravet är ett standardakustiktak men med höga funktionella krav. Systemet är rekommenderat för torra miljöer och har klassificerats B5 för zon 4 enl. standard NF S 90-351 samt kan användas i renrum klassificerade som klass ISO 5. Kant: A, E.
Exempel på användningsområden: väntrum, vårdrum och sjuksköterskestationer.
Ecophon Hygiene Meditec (15 mm) är ett ljudabsorberande taksystem för heltäckande tak i miljöer där desinfektion och/eller rengöring behövs med viss regelbundenhet. Detta system rekommenderas i torra miljöer. Systemet har klassificerats B1 och B5 för zon 4 enl standard NF S 90-351 och kan användas i renrum klassificerade som klass ISO 5. Kant: A, E.
Exempel på användningsområde: behandlingsrum i omsorgs- och sjukvårdslokaler.
Ecophon Hygiene Performance (20 mm) för lokaler med lätt nedsmutsning. Har synligt bärverk och den exponerade ytan har utökade rengöringsmöjligheter och vattenavstötande egenskaper. Detta system rekommenderas för miljöer med konstant hög luftfuktighet och/eller korrosiva miljöer. Absorbenterna har en kärna av glasull, med ett målat rengöringsbart ytskikt, Akutex TH. Baksidan är belagd med glasfilt och kanterna är primade. Kant: A, Ds.
Finns även som väggabsorbent och i baffelutförande.
Exempel på användningsområde: simhallar, äventyrsbad och duschrum.
Ecophon Hygiene Protec (20 mm) för lokaler med måttlig nedsmutsning. Detta system rekommenderas där luftfuktigheten ibland är hög. Absorbenterna har en kärna av glasull, med ett målat och partikelavstötande ytskikt Akutex HP på den exponerade ytan. Baksidan och kanterna är målade. Kant: A, Ds.

The system consists of Ecophon Akusto™ Wall C panels and Ecophon Connect profile systems with an approximate weight of 5 kg/m². The panels are manufactured from high density, 3rd generation glass wool. The visible surface has a glass fibre fabric (Texona) or an impact resistant glass fibre fabric (Super G), and is also available with a painted surface (Akutex™ FT). The back of the panel is covered with glass tissue. The edges are painted, and the front surface is partly covering the long edges. The Texona gamma version offers a reflecting surface, see absorption diagram. For best performance and system quality, use Ecophon Connect profiles and accessories, which gives a lot of design possibilities. The profiles are manufactured from extruded aluminium.

Ecophon Akusto Screen A is a highly efficient sound absorbing screen which together with a sound absorbing ceiling gives excellent room acoustics in open areas like open-plan offices. Akusto Screen is a vital part of an acoustic solution for TABS (Thermally Activated Building Systems) buildings. It has the same Texona surface as Akusto Wall™ which will keep your colour design consistent. Ecophon Akusto Screen A has a high density absorber in 3rd generation glass wool and has excellent sound-reducing properties. It is set in a naturally anodised aluminum frame and both sides have a glass fibre fabric surface (Texona). The approximate weight is 24-44 kg. It is also possible to get a 6 mm thick and 400 mm high clear glass pane on top of the screen, total height of screen 1820 mm. The feet are naturally anodised aluminum.
