Masonite Beams är den energisnåla balken som bevarar de svenska skogarna. Balkens I-profil gör att mindre material går åt jämfört med massivt konstruktionsvirke. Med norrländsk tradition från fabriken i Rundvik utvecklar vi framtidens byggkoncept. Genom att välja Masonite Beams får du en hållfast, lättviktig balk med god kvalitet. I platta paket levereras de balkar som vi har tillverkat i mer än 40 år.
Vi har standardlängder upp till 12 meter,
men med möjligheten att producera upp till 18 m.
Vi anpassar balkarna efter kundens önskemål
Längd, snedkapning, isolering eller håltagning. Vi förbereder så mycket som möjligt och på så sätt kan tid sparas på byggplatsen.
Lätthanterligt byggmaterial
Den betydligt lägre vikten, jämfört med vanligt konstruktionsvirke, ger lätt hanterbara produkter.
Klimatsmart träprodukt
Med vårt byggsystem får du en högklassig akustik och prestanda samtidigt som du gör ett klimatsmart val för kommande generationer. Upp till 80% av trädets volym nyttjas när vi producerar vår balk. Balkarnas I-profil gör att köldbryggorna minimeras och att mindre råmaterial behöver användas. Detta leder till lägre energikostnader och därigenom lägre boendekostnad.
Dessutom tillverkas livmaterialet av sågverkens biprodukter. På så sätt utnyttjas naturens resurser mycket effektivt.
