Gas outlet MC70 Exposed
Gas outlet MC 70 is self-closing, i.e. they close automatically the gas flow when the connected equipment is released from the socket. With a simple turn, the equipment can connect or disconnected to the gas outlet's coupling. The gas outlet is available for exposed or recessed mounting. The gas outlet is gas specific according to hospital standard and thus not confusingly similar, which means that equipment designed for the particular gas can not be connected to the wrong socket. A service valve is mounted in the valve housing, which facilitates engagement in a way that the gas flow is switched off when the quick coupling operation is to be dismantled. The gas outlet comes with a nameplate for the specific type of gas color code and a protective cap that prevents contaminants from entering the outlet.

AVS unit installed on the ward, and easily accessible for rapid shutdown of the medical gases of a limited part of the central gas supply system for example an emergency. AVS Unit comes with special tiles to physically block the flow of gas such as pressure testing of the unit for maintenance such as shut-off valves or pressure testing of the pipeline network. Blocking the flow is also possible when a gas is temporarily not in use on the ward to prevent the gas is turned on accidentally.

The integrated monitoring module has a digital display and monitor the gas pressure in various supply system. The monitoring system in the SQ Unit warn of errors with the help of visual and acoustic alarms. With simple clicks, the user can easily check all values through the menus in the monitor module program. The program settings can be changed only by authorized personnel and is protected by a PIN code.

I centralgassystem skall alltid avstängningsventiler monteras i alla huvud-, stam- och grenledningar. Avstängningsventilerna är av kulmodell och snabb- stängande genom 90o vridning. Samtliga avstängningsventilerna har möjlighet till låsning i öppet eller stängt läge. Avstängningsventilerna är konstru- erade för samtliga medicinska gaser samt instrumentluft, nitrogen och argon.
