Compact Tapered Top Panel
Field Assembled EPS foam panel is tapered to providing an additional 2.0" of concrete structural bearing area to the top of any wall. The field assembled tapered panels can be used on one or both sides of the wall. When 2 panels are used it provides taper on both sides of the wall and an additional 4.0" of concrete bearing. Embedded polypropylene furring strips, eight inches on center, allow for easy attachment of interior and exterior finishes.

It includes a corner bracket designed like no other in the ICF Industry. This 7/32" thick x 1-1/2" wide corner bracket was engineered to add more strength/support to the block because it connects the inner/outer 1.5 pcf density modified Polystyrene (EPS)foam panels together.

Radius Block 6"
The 6" Radius Block is a specialty block used to build curved walls. These pre-molded blocks are 16 long, allowing the designer the opportunity to build a curved wall section in any length needed. Available current radius' are 5', 6', 7', 8', 9', and 10' only with a 6" concrete core width. Ordering these radius blocks are a special order and will require an order lead time of 2-3 weeks.

Fox Buck 4", 6", 8", 10", 12"
Fox Buck is a fully integrated, continuous insulation window and door buck for residential and commercial applications. The 1" x 1" notches create a dual barrier against drafts or moisture penetration. Provides a concrete barrier protection that is continuous around the entire opening. These barriers also anchor the Fox Buck to the wall. The Fox Buck provides a tighter opening perimeter to reduce air infiltration. The Fox Buck is molded to the dimensions of the Fox Block forming system reducing labor versus cutting wood bucks.

The tieKey® masonry anchor is the only patented ICF masonry anchor on the market. Available in hot-dipped galvanized or stainless steel. It is an easy to install, cast-in-place, adjustable masonry tie anchor embedded into the concrete wall formed by the ICF. It is one part of a two part system. Tie wires supplied by others hook into the tieKey and are mortared into the brick joints. The tieKey is used to hold the brick or stone veneer to the ICF wall.

The 4" height extender is used to provide a 4" height increment to any wall. This product is one EPS foam panel 4 inches high and 48 inches long with interlocking teeth on top and bottom. Therefore two height extenders are needed for each side of the Fox Block wall. There are no plastic ties inserts holding the foam together. Place height extender between the second and third course from top of wall.

The Energy Stick is used to provide additional R-Value or insulation. Available as 2" thick EPS panels that are inserted between the standard Fox Block plastic tie inserts within the concrete core. The concrete core must be oversized by 2 inch increment to allow for the additional inserted insulation panel within the concrete core. The Energy Stick is nominally 8 inches wide and 32 inches high. It convers two courses of Fox Blocks. An Energy Stick is needed between each plastic tie insert.
